Help with PD identification

I’ve struggled with PD for a decade now on and off. Right now it’s in a huge flare up and I’ve tried all my usual creams and cures and nothing seems to help. What’s throwing me off is how different this flare up looks, as opposed to my normal PD which looks way more like the classic flakey and bumpy rash. which has me wondering if i’m using the wrong treatments for whatever this is. Has anyone had a similar PD rash, and what’s helped for you? it’s not that dry/ gets a little flakey, and isn’t too itchy, but is just so bright red and so easily irritated.

Things I’ve tried so far that don’t seem to be helping:

Oral and topical antifungals, washing with dandruff shampoo, manuka honey masks, yogurt masks, mugwort masks, taking black seed oils, using antihistamines, topical zinc, barrier repairing moisturizers, hypochlorus acid spray.
