How prestigous is ASICs? Take it over BU Rise or MITES?

Taking a Dual Enrollment course and got a really bad grade which eliminates the possibility of getting a A. It's past the deadline to drop without an W. How much will a W affect my transcripts. Otherwise I would get an B and lower my 4.0 GPA to a 3.96 or something like that. Thoughts?
