Civic education

Wadau. I think the biggest problem we have in this country is its populace. Civic education is a must, but we're yet of age. Here is a video of a police officer in a police vehicle blatantly breaking the law. In an ideal situation, the vehicle should have it's sirens on, ndio apewe right of way. What if they turn on their sirens, w/out responding to an emergency 🤔. Citizens must also know that police vehicles before leaving a police station must have a paper trail. And that there, dear Kenyans is where civic education comes in. This is feasible in Nairobi and other cosmopolitan towns, but what abt remote locations like Chemolingot in Baringo, or Garsen in Tana River? We're yet of age, but work must be done. ALUTA CONTINUA fellow kenyans
