I was TERRIFIED to take my first dose last Tuesday. Had one day I drank too much caffeine and payed for it but other than that not as horrible as I was anticipating. Been stuck in the 180’s for like a year this morning I was 179!! I’m guessing just water weight and inflammation but I’ll take it!
