Kyle Harrison adjustment

Kyle Harrison adjustment

Was curious what changes the Brewers made to Harrison. It's his arm angle. It's at the highest point of his career at 33 degrees. Prior years starting in '25 was 27, 24, 30. I'm guessing this increase in arm angle is helping his "slurve" be more effective: .100 BA / .100 SLG. In '25, it was getting hammered .333 BA / .639 SLG. Have no idea if there were other adjustments like location on the rubber etc.

The biggest changes in horizontal / vertical break seem to be with the FB / changeup which isn't where his huge gains are coming from.

Just pulled up the WAR by position and (glass half full), the team record could be way worse. All the position rankings pass the eye test. Rankings for overall and position: overall team is 25th.

Good news: 3B (2nd), RP (7th), 2B RF (8th). Bad news: LF (18th), C (22nd), CF (24th), SP SS DH (27th), 1B (29th)

Schmitt's performance is basically overwhelmed in the 1B DH WAR by Raffy and Jerar's struggles.
