Property management company notified one person (the board president) on a five person board of a property inspection walkaround. Is that legal? At the meeting they stated only 50% of the board members could be present on the walkthrough because it would draw too much attention if all members were there. Therefore drawing out homeowners asking questions and making the walkthrough just to long. This sounds like a whole lot of BS to me and I should state that I'm one of the board members that was not notified.
