I’m having trouble accessing the software download portal. I registered for an account, but it requires manual review and after several weeks and multiple follow-up attempts, I still haven’t received any response. I also tried resetting the password for the previous employee who originally installed the system, but haven’t had success with that route either.

Does anyone know if there are any alternative ways of getting download access?

Plan B is to completely remove the Maxxess software and go with a different platform that’s compatible with our existing hardware
