03 cbr600rr woth oem ignition. Headlights work. Upright BAS. The speedometer doesnt work. Neutral light is the only light with solid red light. Swapped all relays with headlight one and they all turn headlights on. The fuel pump wont prime. Bike does crank fine. Fuel pump works with direct 12v. This hooptie aint working. Im gonna kick it here soon. With 5 different ecu it wont run. Any help or advice is helpful
