Basically, I will eat my shorts if we don't get a legendary equipment that makes Lightning Flows, and with all three new heroes dealing arcane damage and doing pings of 1 on the opponent's turn, this seems the most likely form of it to me.

Busted? Fair? Aware that if it costs 1, Aurora and Zyggy could immediately activate their hero abilities on top if they pitched a blue - which might be too good, or might be the exact intended play pattern...?

Do you think a card like this is likely?
