Why can’t someone just come up with a cure for this sickness so that we all can be free??

Does anyone have a total nightmare in their Postictal State? Like get scared, anxious.. feels like you’re about to die and if anyone is around you or try to calm you down.. it feels like that person is trying to kill you? How did you overcome it?
