Curious to see how everybodys brain reacts to sleep deprivation.
Does anyone know how to reduce the internal noise when going to bed (constant internal monologue and curiosity)? I'm starting to think I need sleep medication, is there anything you would recommend?
For me, my PSI stays strong no matter the rest I get, unless i get around 5-7 months worth of sleep deprivation then my RT becomes very inconstant.
The very first thing to go is my WMI, and it really pluments down, bellow avg percentile wise (even if it's just for 2 days worth of bad sleep)
2nd to follow (for more severe deprivation) is my PRI.
For example no mnemonics on human Benchmark my chimp is 14-15 and it goes down to 9-11.
My RT avg is 120-130ms and for severe sleep deprivation 120-180ms.
