More explanation.

While I was thinking about what to build next in my singleplayer creative world, I thought it was one of my villager soldiers (addon) but instead it shows that. "Piglin was slain by Zombie" This can't be a glitch. And I never named any of my villagers Piglin. And I DON'T remember making a nether portal. And if a zombie did kill a "Piglin" it would not show up. Did this happen to any of you guys? Please tell me. I'm genuinely freaked out.
