Flirty Five birthday idea but I need help!
So I am turning 35 in a couple weeks and I’m trying to do something a little special. I just moved to a new city literally a year ago so it’s also kind of the anniversary of that. I just started going to local dive bar and have made a few friends with the bartenders and regulars, and I just keep showing up on karaoke and trivia night so there’s some familiar faces 😂😂. I’ve made one friend girl while I’ve been out here so I don’t really have a huge circle. My birthday happens to fall on karaoke night at the bar and I was wondering if it would be too much if I showed up with some stuff to share with really whoever was there. I was thinking of getting balloons that are like the numbers 35. Maybe bringing a birthday cake, I was even thinking of maybe preparing a pan of my enchiladas with some rice and beans and bringing those to share with whoever wants some. I do have a very friendly personality and I talk to everybody that shows up so I’m definitely not trying to exclude anybody. I guess what I’m wondering if that is too weird because I don’t really have any friends that I can invite. It’s just kind of me celebrating myself ha ha and treating the regulars and people at the bar that have been nice to me. I don’t want to be insufferable and I think mostly everybody gets my quirkiness.
Is that doing too much???? 😭
