I scored a Facebook marketplace find on a used, but well restored Lyfetyme 20x40 single door offset. The previous owner picked it up used, then spent some serious time knocking off all the old rust and paint (luckily it's been in Arizona) and then sealed it up with boiled linseed oil. I'll do a hot oil seal once I get it fired up. He ordered new racks from lyfetyme and had a welder come out to fix a wheel as well as weld on a warming plate over the firebox as it didn't previously have one. I'm familiar with downdraft mods and will sort out a bread pan shortly. Plan to do a pork shoulder Monday and get her cooking.
