I have this feeling I simply don’t have the time for everything. I am in my final semester at uni and have to be every day there. Then in the afternoon I tutor. On weekends I work all day from 8 to 5 and I have 1.5h commute to and from work.
I love going to the gym but right now I feel like I don’t have the time. I don’t have a car so I would have to not only take public transportation but also carry all my stuff the whole day. That means uni stuff, gym stuff, food for the whole day. Then if I am staying at my boyfriend’s an overnight bag… I also have to plan what I eat beforehand and meal prep for the whole day the night before. It’s a good thing there is a fridge at uni, so at least there is that. Another thing with food is that my boyfriend is a big guy, so at his place there is always calorie dense foods that just don’t work for me. I have tried explaining to him and he has tried buying other stuff but in the end it’s just Skyr or cheese, which isn’t that appealing and tbh after a busy day I want to eat something that I enjoy…
So my question is: How do you manage it all? Could you give me any tips if you are in a similar situation?
How do you meal prep? How do you get yourself to the gym?
