i don’t know if this was a fluke or not

i don’t know if this was a fluke or not

i am NOT a runner at all. i’ve tried here and there, the most i have run without stopping is 2.1km, i occasionally do interval running on the treadmill and i play netball weekly. i thought i was not built for endurance, but i got up today and thought im going to try!!! i slowed down completely, didnt look at my distance, and just focused on the world around me. and what do you know!! now i’m stuck here wondering if this was a fluke or not! can’t wait to try again. my hip is a little sore tho…

22.5kg down on tirz

i have struggled with my weight my whole life, i have literally never in my teen/adult life had a healthy BMI. my periods are also now regular since losing weight. it’s a misconception that glp1s are the “easy way out” , i have exercised regularly and counted calories (been in a deficit this whole time) every day, and still had times where the scale would not move.

22.5kg down in 7 months

super happy with my results so far. i am now at my goal weight. this week i have increased my calories to less of a severe deficit and focusing on building muscle from here. i have tracked my calories daily (besides from a few holidays etc) and been exercising regularly. i hate how people say this is the easy way out because it definitely is not! i could not have done this without mounjaro however i still had to work hard to get to where i am now. i have been overweight/obese my whole life and also have PCOS.
