Well, I found this type of bed very interesting and comfortable. I've lain on chests before and come close to sleeping, but it's dangerous so I avoid it. However, I've seen these beds and they seem perfect for me. I'd probably build them with planks or something, it doesn't matter now. Why did this type of bed stop being used? Is it dangerous? Expensive? Strange? I want to know if what I want to do is safe.
I'm talking about those OLD beds that look like a wardrobe, the first thing that comes up when you search for Box Bed.
