Personal Assistant & House Manager - Antipolo (Stay-Out, Full-time, Mon-Fri)

I'm hiring a Personal Assistant & House Manager for my home in Antipolo. The role is household management and care for my two dogs.

I'm not looking for housekeeping experience, I'm looking for capability. If you're reliable, attentive, and good at running things, I want to hear from you.

Compensation

• ₱18,000–20,000+/month (negotiable) + Benefits (salary depending on experience and capability)
• All meals during work hours provided
• Paid sick leave and vacation leave
• Annual review with raises tied to performance

Schedule

• Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break
• Stay-out, weekends off
• Must be willing to occasionally stay-in for a week or more at a time (with advanced notice)

Main responsibilities

• Daily dog walks, feeding, and dog area maintenance
• Full household management: keeping the house clean and tidy, dishes, laundry, ironing
• Helping me with other tasks from cooking to errands

Requirements

• Comfortable communicating in English, written and spoken
• Physically up for daily walks on hilly terrain
• Medical certificate, NBI clearance, barangay clearance, and references
• Comfortable and familiar with dogs

• Dog Care: Walking (2x daily), feeding, bathing, and keeping their area clean.
• Home Upkeep: Keeping the house clean. Daily laundry and ironing (small daily batches). Kitchen tidying and dishwasher management. (A robot vacuum cleans the floors).
• Environment: The workload is "chill." Once chores are done, you’re free to relax on-site. The official shift is 8 AM – 5 PM, but early dismissal is at my sole discretion on slow days.

Looking for a responsible and trustworthy person to help me with household chores and look after my 2 dogs (feed, walk, play, bathe) when I'm working or unavailable.

Main responsibilities:

-Keeping the house clean and tidy

-Dishes (mainly washed by dishwasher)

-Laundry + ironing

-Keeping the dogs' area/garage area clean (cleaning at least 2x/week)

-Washing dog beds + toys

-Feeding, bathing, walking, and playing with dogs.

This is a FULL time and stay out position. 5 days/week. Food and benefits provided.

Starting salary is 17K (negotiable rate)
