Hello,

I want to get a Netflix interview for their new grad SWE role during this Fall's recruiting cycle. I currently attend a T20, will be interning at FAANG+ this summer, and have 2-3 other experiences.

From those who have gotten interviews, how were you able to stand out in the process? Does Netflix heavily weigh referrals? Are there specific skills, keywords, etc. that Netflix looks for in your resume?
