I work a full time job, have a side business, as well as teach part time at the local college. I have mismanaged money badly and am now 36, with around $13000 in credit card debt and $15000 on a line of credit,.I drive a car I’m paying off for two and a half more years and have a mortgage. I have about $23000 saved in a dpsp and rrsp through work and no other savings at all.
I have spent a lot of money to get my business going and it has not taken off yet. My hope was that I could quit my full time gig to focus on my own business but that it looking less and less likely. Given that I would like to do that but I am also hyper aware that I’m not getting any younger, what would y’all suggest I do to dig myself out of this hole I dug for myself? I’m ultra busy juggling everything but barely scraping by trying to pay for everything.
