Which ai etfs cover all or most of the ai layers such as energy, semis, memory, infrastructure?

Could I get some feedback and some recommendations and pointers. Ill admit I dont like broad based etfs and don't want to allocate my hard earned capital to "dead" companies. I am young and would like an aggressive portfolio.
