What kind of actions are taken against toxic players? Its not a huge problem, but every once in a while I receive a smiley-face after doing a game losing blunder. I always report, and often receive a message from chesscom that actions has been made against someone, but not specifying who or why, or what the actions are. Imo they should be banned if they are doing this regularly.
