NY taker, needed 266, got 266. But in the event that I move to another state and wanted to take a job, I was considering retaking.

Spoke with NY BOLE. The phone rep’s answer was basically “no, we don’t let you do that” with no further elaboration on what to do under the circumstances. She was polite about it but very clearly didn’t know what to do.

So, anyone been in the situation or have any ideas? Thank you in advance.
