How would you rate this build ?

Got godly double crit and atk% rolls at the cost of lib dmg bonus(only 20% rn).Should I refarm a few echoes for lib dmg in exchange for atk or keep this build .

I want to pull for Hiyuki as my glacio dps with Lucille but I hate chisa, are there any chances for her to get kicked out of this team since lynae and mornye are locked to my aemeath. I still use unbuilt Arover for my Carte just for their outro passive.
