Hi everyone, I’m new here, and I know basically nothing about old roman coins. I found this one at a garage sale and I was wondering if someone could maybe help me find what coin it is exactly

It made me think of some Marc Aurel coins but i can’t seem to find one that got the lupa at the back of the coin.
