Hey everyone. I've recently locked in my weekly routine: gym 3x a week, swimming, and daily contrast therapy (sauna followed by cold exposure).

For those of you tracking your stats with an Oura ring or similar trackers, how long did it take for you to see a consistent, measurable improvement in your HRV (Heart Rate Variability) or deep sleep scores? Wondering if I should expect immediate data shifts from the daily heat/cold exposure, or if it's a long-term compounding effect. Would love to hear your experiences.
