This group has been super-useful; I would not have been able to fight for radical reduction (UK) without the reassurance of so many who posted here - particularly with photos - to understand what's possible, what could go wrong, and what the 'healing journey' might be like. Thanks for all your posts! I'm at 21 days with FNG and 1.5kg removed in total. Very little pain and totally, absolutely, life-changingly worth it.
