I'm really really confused

Kinda sorta a follow up to my previous post but not really. To begin hi, I'm FtM and I've had 2 bloodtests in recent months all requested via private to my GP. Okay so. The NHS staff that reviewed the request authorised this, the booking team authorised this and let me pick date and time and the nurse/doctor taking the bloods also authorised and approved when I went in and so did the lab getting the results back. I also have my gender incongruence (the formal diagnosis from my private) recorded on my NHS app which was put up by the admin team.

Makes sense so far.

Now due to a high reading, my private wants my gp to do a further investigation on this particular reading (basically more indepth blood test with specifics, mind you I am NOT on any medication or haven't been previously so this is my general health), so I sent a triage and I've had a back and forth to get a phone call appointment from a doctor(first time this has happened) and basically been told 1. the staff that approved the bloods isn't from the GP(?) and 2. "NHS doesn't fund their GP for requests through private". He said he will discuss with the team but it doesn't sound promising at all, the area and gp I'm in isn't knowledgeable on transitioning in general and I'm not entirely sure what I'm supposed to do or say from here.

Has anyone had this issue or any advice? I'm sorta left in the middle here confused.

Blood tests confusion

Okay so for context, I've had my bloods done twice at my gp, now I'm being told that someone not in the clinic had authorised these and that the doctor from the gp I talked to doesn't know really what to go from there due to "NHS doesn't fund private requests" and will discuss with the team or something which doesn't sound promising at all.

Unfortunately. If this was the blood tests I could book through my private to monitor my progress I would however..

I haven't started treatment yet due to a high reading on my results which the gp is basically refusing to investigate(despite it being a general health concern but since it's checked through private they refuse to help) but there's no tests relating to the issue I can find online that covers these more indepth measurement tests, I'm really struggling here I can't afford to shill out more money for more indepth tests (which I can't even find tests that cover them besides surface level measurements) BEFORE I'm even on my monitoring blood tests
