Hi, I know little about McKinsey except that it is a consulting firm. I would like to get into consulting in civil or materials engineering or O&G sector. I have a PhD in Materials Engineering and Commercialization. I am seeking entry level roles. How are the interviews like? Are there any other companies like McKinsey in USA I should look at as well?
