I am confused about the COD DUE Process marked closed, I have service connection, c.o.e home loan, education benefits all with prefill slots with my personal information. I am personally represented by Cassandra Crosby and Matt Hill from Hill and Ponton. A second request was sent to the Navy they never responded to the first one, the VA 5103 was submitted now on April 7 the COD DUE PROCESS Closed. Why would they submit another request to the Navy if the COD is closed.
