FL - I am listed on a deed as joint tenants with rights of survivorship where the other owner is a joint revocable trust. I am also a beneficiary in the trust. The person who created the trust has passed. What does this mean as far as ownership shares/percentages and what would happen with the profits when the house is sold?
My cat keeps smacking her lips and shaking her head, similar to what they’d do with a hair in their mouth or fuzz but she’s been doing it on and off the past couple of days, is this normal? Everything else seems to be fine she’s eating and drinking water as usual, no more or less energy that I’ve noticed. The only thing I can think of is I’ve been using air freshener more recently but I’ve always used them in the home and I keep it away from where she is and where her food and water are. Any advice is welcome, thanks guys
