What is up with dragons?

For some reason the game is treating dragons as true playable characters displaying character stats such as diplomacy, martial, prowess, etc. When you click on a character with a dragon they no longer have the companion in the relationship tab either. I just wanted to see if anyone else is having this problem before i start investigating my mods.

For some reason Dorne and all its vassals, the Riverlands and its vassals, and just Storms End have no background whatsoever. Doing a test run to see if the Lov fix mod is compatible with my others. I assumed this is an Essos expanded issue but when i disabled the mod it still showed up like this.
