For the past 2 months I’ve been focused on amping up my fitness. I began taking Pilates reformer classes 2x a week, but I’m about to join a gym for weight lifting purposes. However, I’ve never done a weight training routine before. My butt is a major insecurity - despite being curvier, I just don’t have a good backside.
What are some key exercises I should focus on to:
- Create more side projection
- Rounder sides
- A fuller “cheek”
I also want to note that I have a weak right knee, so lunges are kind of awful for me.
Any basic, newbie advice is GREATLY appreciated.
