I just learned that ovulation is counted from the beginning of your period and not the end. I actually feel so stupid I don’t know basic information about my own body.
I had unprotected sex with my bf last night and he didn’t finish inside me, but ive worried about the pre ejaculation stuff. I was feeling fine at first, but after some research learned how ovulation cycles are counted. Now I’m stressing because I’m right at the cusp of my ovulation cycle starting. Extremely irresponsible from my end and I honestly just feel so stupid. I’m on my way to get a pill but I don’t even know if it’ll do anything.
I can’t tell if it’s just me spiraling because he didn’t even finish in the first place, but I just needed somewhere to write this all out. Any advice or wisdom would be much appreciated. 🥲
