help! my boobs have shrunk
Ok, so im 19 years old and in the past 6 months my boobs have shrunk dramatically. Like I was a 30DD sometimes G on a good day and now im around a 30B. My boobs have always fluctuated in size with my cycle, becoming firmer and tender before me period and increasing in size, basically becoming a lot fuller. this was always great because they would be full but wouldnt sag from the weight, i loved them so much they were genuinely perfect but now theyre so much smaller and im so sad about it, i had to buy a whole new set of bras as this seems like a permanent change. im just not sure why and if theres anything i can do to reverse it.
I have not had any major weight or even minor weight changes, no excessive stress, no diet change, no changes in exercise, i barely exercise just walk every day, the occasional gym session here and there but i used to exercise way more 3 years ago and that never changed my boobs, its been purely just my normal day to day living. im not on the pill and havent been for about a year now but even then it didnt affect my boobs and ive been on 3 different pills and done depo. my boobs also dont get tender around my period anymore but my periods are the same and just as painful and heavy as usual. I truly cant see any changes that i have made to cause this change, and its a dramatic decrease in size and its affecting my confidence severely, like theyre so small and i just miss what i had so much, im wondering if as ive gotten older and coming to the end of puberty ive got less hormones running through me and therefore smaller boobs? if they were increasing in size before my periods does that maybe mean it’s estrogen related? i really want to see if theres some things i can try to get them back because its making me so upset, it wasnt the end of the world previously because my boyfriend at the time was happy with how i came so i wasnt super bothered but now we have split up and my boobs are just flat, they used to be nice and full and perky and now you can tell and feel the loss in breast tissue. please help girls 😭
