Hey guys! As the title says, I am someone managing all of these disorders while studying for the LSAT, etc, but alas, I must carry on. (not trying to use anything as an excuse, blah blah, I am trying to persevere in spite of the jungle that is my mind)

When I take more frequent breaks and calm my emotions, I am able to have near perfect accuracy regardless of difficulty or question type. When I panic and do not control my emotions, thus affecting my focus and stamina, I lose important details in the stim and AC's, and get the questions wrong.

Anyone who has taken the LSAT and gotten a high score despite mental disorder/s, any tips on how to build stamina and focus without constant breaks. Id like for my mind to not start wondering after both every few sentences or questions.

Context-- i do work full time and do some other extra curriculars, so I dont really have a choice in spacing out my studying. Also, id rather mimic the real lsat timing since I wont be able to space out the real lsat.

Thnx in advance!
