I am going to travel from Namkum.

I wanted to ask about the traffic there from 7 to 8 am and

If its showing a 20 min distance then is it okay to assume it will be a journey well within 30 mins . Obviously i will take precautions to reach earlier than the closing time substantially.

Booking a cab for the day. But wanted to know what will the difference be if i end up traversing via an auto in any emergency.

Cheapest but best I can get. Genuine . No scams.

Don't have a DL as of now but will get it made.

Newer model prefered. Petrol scooty most preferable.

Also please tell me what should I check for before buying anything from anyone , be it an individual seller or a bulk reseller. And what all documents I need or should I check for before buying.
