so I'm applying to uni and my one university I'm applying to is offering a BSc on chemical technology and engineering while the others I have applied to so far are offering BEng in chemical engineering. looking at the details BSc for Chem tech and engineering, it doesn't look any different from the BEng, it has engineer listed as a career opportunity but I am still concerned that I'm signing up for the wrong thing

So I want to study at KTU an for that I must write a motivation letter, I want to address it to a specific person, however I cannot figure out who reads the motivation letters. any help would be appreciated

hey all so I have had a bad habit of being hunched over since I was a teen so I don't really know what a good posture feels like, nor do I know which muscles will be straining as I stand in the correct posture for a while.

I have been standing in a queue for like 2 hours and my lower back is starting to hurt around about where the back of my pelvis is, which is making me worry that I am pushing my lumbar spine too far forward.

what can I do to check if I'm over/under-extending the parts of my spine as I work on getting my muscles to support my spine properly
