what can I do about this back acne? I’m 10 weeks pregnant right now, but it’s been this bad for months. it’s even spreading down my shoulders now!

We are going to the Tennessee Theater with my 3 year old to see Handyman Hal this weekend. He is super excited and we want to make it special. Where would he a good place to eat near there with a toddler? We aren’t really looking for fancy food, just a good place to eat with kids.
