I'm looking for clarity and also looking for a psychic that i can develop a relationship with for regular readings.
I struggle with knowing if I'm in tune with my feelings or overthinking.
I love my job and where I work. Last year (as with all other jobs and positions) I received a glowing review. This year, 2 people rated me 2 on communication (scale is 1,2, or 3). No feedback on how they'd like to see it fixed.
However, there is one person overly involved in all areas and I believe she instigated this rating. She has been known to get involved and coerce the outcome she would like to see in other areas. I'm struggling getting past this review and worried about my future here with her having this much control. But I've never liked where I've worked as much as here.
If you can offer input on what you see around me, I'd love to hear it.
