So currently I’m doing home workouts with no weights, and my routine is 2 sets of pull ups, push ups, and dips. First set is close to failure, second set is to failure. I do this workout 3 times a week. Is this a good workout to achieve the physique of Marlon Brando in A Streetcar Named Desire ?
