Now hear me out

They have been headlining festivals for the past 2 years since the passing of Taylor Hawkins and Dave’s personal drama. Recently I saw they were having shows in NYC and NJ, but you had to get tickets in person. Thousands lined up outside. They just performed on SNL UK as the musical guest. Even Dave’s performance with the LA Philharmonic in 2025 was a draw.

Certain rock fans still like them. Plus, we keep begging AEG to book more rock acts as a headliner as lineups have been becoming more pop centric. Green Day finally got to perform at Coachella in 2025 and had great reception.
