Am I crazy or are Chase Ink Business Cash cards GOATed?

Been perusing this sub and doing some of my own research comparing cards. I have to be missing something because I rarely see CIC at the top of recommended/favorites lists.

My understanding: With CIC, you can essentially get 5% cash-back almost anywhere. Assuming, Visa prepaid cards can be used at as many places as I think they can (almost anywhere that takes credit cards). Sure, there are a few places you might not be able to use them (local restaurants, stubborn gas stations, smaller hotels, clunky online sites)- but as a whole, I'd imagine not many? Most of the complaint stories I read are either a.) people just forgetting to activate it, or b.) people buying fraudulent ones from third-party sellers/Amazon. The ones from Staples/Office Depot seem pretty safe.

Afaik, it's only a little inconvenient and extra effort to work the system, and a little overblown on how difficult it is (if you know what you're doing).

If the above is true- isn't it a waste of time to even consider any 4% or less card (i.e. that laundry list of 3% and 2% cards)- unless your credit is too low or you're a churner? I could maybe see adding one of the 6% grocery cards (for the extra 1%) or Autograph Journey (for large travel purchases, and in case some hotels don't take prepaid cards).

Very open to being corrected on any of the above though before I stupidly open a card that ends up being worthless- thanks!
