I keep seeing these rings around the lights in darker environments, i have tried fixing the brightness in game but that didn't fix it.
Almost every video on youtube i saw, whether it was low or high graphics these circular rings effect was not visible, I am also not using RTX.
My specs - i7 13th gen, rtx 4060, 24 gb ram (Lenovo LOQ laptop).
Can someone please help me out with this.
