Loan options with RSUs vesting in 2–3 months

I’m looking for a short-term loan of around ₹3,00,000. I have approximately ₹60 lakh worth of RSUs vesting in August/September. I currently need funds for personal expenses.

I’ve tried applying for a personal loan, but it’s getting rejected due to recent credit enquiries.

Is there any way to get a loan using upcoming RSUs as collateral? I’m open to banks, NBFCs, or reputed private lenders if anyone has experience with this.
