Need a bit of help with my raggedy ann I thriftied today

I think she is quite cute but she is a bit bald in the back and has a pretty strong dusty smell? I'm unsure of how to go about cleaning her I am worried about the washing machine... Thanks in advance if anyone can give me advice 😊

I also wanna try to give her a bit of a hair transplant but not sure how to go about it

So, I'm trying to do stuff with mx4iso following a tutorial And a big step in getting it to work is launching launch elf but for whatever reason it's not launching when I try and just goes back into the fmcb menu stuff? Im really confused and tried launching several times but it doesn't open and jus puts me back there if anyone can help Id really appreciate it I'm a newbie
