04/20/26 - Went to USPS and handed my documents/application in along with taking a photo there

04/25/26 - On website application status changed to “In Process”

05/06/26 - Approved

05/09/26 - Passport received in the mail

I did not expedite it, and the website and emails seemed to delay what was actually being processed. Such a quick and easy process, I am genuinely surprised! When I got my passport in 2015 it definitely took much longer lol.
