Custom Packout Dolly Utility Cart
Been using the packout dolly for a bit and found it annoying how hard it was to push with only 1 or 2 organizers on it since it’s so low.
Saw the 2 holes on either side of the cart that are in the mold for no apparent reason ( I searched everywhere for why.) and decided to find something to fit in it for a handle.
Creating the handle quickly turned into a dual sided grab bar and then a work top to put on top. Very happy with how it turned out. It’s slightly wobbly but once it gets stacked up it gains strength.
I used 1/2in emt as the structure with some clamps I found on amazon to connect them. Some codder pins to hold the handles/supports in place, and broom hangers on the work top to hold it in place. Fully collapsible for quick storage. Only downside it’s any packout with the reinforced metal corners will not fit, but any organizers or crates work great!
