Hi. I had sold my scooter to a person from Arani, Tiruvannamalai and its been 4 months since sale
The buyer is not at all willing to change the scooter registration into his name even after me repeatedly requesting him to do so

Please help me with any contacts in local police station there who can maybe help me out with this situation
