I rear ended this woman and it was just a tap no damage seen on her or mine. She said it was okay and she quickly had to go to work so we drove away. Half way down the road I pulled into a parking lot and decided to report it in case she changed her mind and tried to make something up. The cop said since she said it was ok that I shouldn’t worry. He didn’t do a report it. He wrote down my name and that was it. Did I waste the cops time?
